Paste a link. Keep the file.
clip turns a link into a file on your phone. Paste one or a whole batch, pick a quality, and it saves — to a library that lives on your device and to Photos if you want it there. No account, no sign-in, nothing kept on a server.
One paste, one tap
Copy a link anywhere and clip already knows. Open it and the link is waiting, ready to fetch — or share straight to clip from another app and skip opening it at all.
Always the best available
clip never gives you a worse copy than the one you asked for. Every quality the source publishes is available to everyone, free — no resolution tier, no downgrade for not paying.
The file never touches our servers
clip works out where the media lives and hands that straight to your phone, which downloads it from the source directly. We never receive, store, or see the file. Your library is on your device and nowhere else.
A library, not a downloads folder
Everything you save is kept with its cover, its source, and how the post was doing when you took it — views, likes, comments. Saving the same link again replaces the old copy instead of cluttering the grid.
It tells you when it cannot
Some platforms simply do not publish the file. When that happens clip says so plainly, in words that explain why, rather than failing silently or blaming you for a link that was perfectly fine.
Free, or clip pro
Every quality the source offers, a library with no size limit, saving to Photos, and three links at a time. Supported by ads.
No ads anywhere, unlimited links per batch, and audio and cover extraction. Quality is not part of the deal — that is free for everyone.
clip pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple Account. Manage or cancel it anytime in the App Store.
clip is made for adults 18 and older. iOS only. clip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the services whose links it can read.
