The fastest way to reach us. Tell us what happened and include the app version from the Settings screen. The game has no account, so we cannot look you up — the more detail you send, the faster we can help.

Joining

Nobody can join my room

The room runs on your local network, so the first thing to check is Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network, where Call Out must be allowed. iOS asks once and never asks again, and if it was declined the app cannot see anything at all — which looks exactly like being out of range. Everyone also needs to be on the same Wi-Fi network or the same hotspot, with the app open and in the foreground, and everyone needs the same version of the game.

Joining

The code is not working

Codes are six digits and belong to one room for as long as that room is open. If the host closed the app or left the party, the code is gone and a new one is needed. Have the host read it out again from the lobby — the code is on screen the whole time, and tapping it copies it so it can be sent in a message.

Playing

A player dropped out mid-round

The room keeps going. The host can close a round without waiting on somebody who has put their phone down, using “Reveal without them”. If somebody loses their connection entirely, the host can carry on and they can rejoin with the same code.

Photos

Where does my photo go?

Nowhere but the phones in your room. It is squared and shrunk on your own device, sent directly to the other phones in the party, and dropped when the room closes. Your own copy stays on your phone so you are not asked for it every launch, and you can change or remove it any time from Settings › Your name and photo. Nothing is uploaded and there is no server that could receive it.

Content

Reporting a question

Every question has a report control on the screen it appears on. Reporting hides that question on your phone permanently, and if you are the host it is also pulled out of the room straight away so nobody else has to keep looking at it. Hidden questions are listed in Settings › Report content and can be restored there.

Content

Removing a player

Names and photos are typed and taken by the people in the room, and nobody is moderating them for you — so the host is the moderator. The host can remove anyone from Settings › Report content › Remove a player. Removing somebody closes their connection, drops their votes and their score, and tells them why.

Content

Adult packs

One pack is marked 17+ and asks about things people do not say at dinner. It is hidden entirely unless “Adult packs” is switched on in Settings, and switching it on is not enough on its own — opening the pack asks for an explicit confirmation that everyone in the room is 17 or over.

Purchases

Remove Ads Forever

A single purchase that removes every advertisement and unlocks every pack, permanently. It is not a subscription. If you have bought it on another device signed in to the same Apple Account, use Restore Purchase — on the paywall or in Settings — and it will come back. If a purchase was charged and the ads are still there, email us with the date and we will sort it out.

Ads

Where ads appear, and where they do not

A banner sits on the screens where you are choosing something. There are no ads on a vote, on a reveal, or anywhere a result is being shown. One full-screen ad can appear after a whole session has ended, never inside one. Rewarded videos are always optional, always say what they buy before they play, and the reward is granted only when the video actually finishes.

Accessibility

Contrast, motion, sound and haptics

Settings has High contrast, Reduced motion, Sound effects and Haptics, and the app also honours the system’s own Reduce Motion setting. Every player is identified by a colour and an initial together, so nothing depends on telling two colours apart.

Privacy

Privacy questions

What the game keeps on your device, what passes between the phones in the room, and the little that ever reaches the internet is all written out plainly in the privacy policy.
