Lull Terms of Use
Effective September 15, 2026
Lull plays sounds to help you rest. It is not a medical device, so listen at a comfortable volume and keep anything you need to hear — an alarm, a child — within earshot. Lull Premium renews until you cancel it in your store account.
These terms apply to your use of Lull (the “App”) on iOS and Android, published by Polari Group LLC (“we”, “us”). Installing or using the App means you accept them.
They are written plainly on purpose. If something here does not make sense, email support@polarigroup.com before you rely on it.
What the App Is
Lull is an app for playing sleep and background sounds, alone or layered into mixes, with a sleep timer, a fade-out, a bedtime reminder and widgets.
What the App Is Not
The App is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, including insomnia or tinnitus. Nothing in it is medical advice. If you have ongoing trouble sleeping, talk to a doctor.
Listening Safely
Keep the volume at a comfortable level, especially with headphones and over long periods. Do not rely on the App in a way that could stop you hearing something you need to hear, such as an alarm, a smoke detector or a child. The timer, fade-out and bedtime reminder depend on your device’s settings, battery and permissions, and may not run exactly on time.
Lull Premium
Lull Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered annually or monthly, sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and charged to your store account. It unlocks the full sound library and removes advertising while it is active.
- The price and billing period are shown before you confirm the purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
- You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms; we cannot issue them. If a subscription does not appear on a new device, use Restore purchases in the App.
Advertising
The free version of the App is supported by advertising supplied by third parties. We do not control which specific ads are shown, and we are not responsible for the products or services they promote.
Acceptable Use
Use the App for your own personal, non-commercial listening. Do not copy, extract, redistribute or publicly perform its sounds, artwork or other content, reverse-engineer the App, or attempt to get around its subscription.
Content in the App
The sounds, artwork, code and design are ours or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use them within the App, and not otherwise.
Availability
The App is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults, and we may add, change or remove sounds and features over time.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, including lost sleep or anything you did not hear while it was playing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
App Stores
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and Polari Group LLC, not Apple or Google, and the store’s own terms of service also apply. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for the App.
Changes
These terms may change. The effective date above moves when they do, and the current version is always the one published here.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
