What Chroma Pour Is

Chroma Pour is a single-player puzzle game. Levels are generated on your device and are built so that a solution always exists. The App is provided for entertainment; it is not a competition, and nothing in it is a game of chance or offers a prize of value.

No Account, and Your Progress

Chroma Pour has no account, sign-in, or password, and no server holds your game. Your progress is stored on your device and is tied to it.

Because there is no account, we cannot verify ownership, transfer progress to a new device, or restore it if it is lost. Deleting the App, wiping the device, or losing it means the progress is gone permanently.

Coins and In-Game Items

Coins, unlocked themes, and other in-game items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use a feature inside the App. They are not your property, have no monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, traded, redeemed, or exchanged for anything outside the App.

We may add, change, or remove in-game items, their costs, and how they are earned at any time, and we may reset balances where necessary to fix an error or abuse.

Purchases and Billing

Chroma Pour offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase, which permanently disables advertising in the App, and consumable coin packs, which credit coins immediately. Both are sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase and billed to your Apple Account. Neither is a subscription, and nothing renews.

Remove Ads is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored with Restore Purchases in Settings. Coins are consumable: once credited and spent they are gone, and they are not restored on a new device. Prices, pack sizes, and what coins buy may change; we will reflect changes in the App.

Payments are handled by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple’s policies — we do not process payments or issue refunds directly. Nothing you buy is a stake, wager, or entry into a game of chance.

Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising, and the one-time Remove Ads purchase turns it off. Some advertisements are shown as part of ordinary play; others are optional videos you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game bonus, and declining one never prevents you from continuing. Advertisements are supplied by third parties, and we do not author, endorse, or control their content. Your advertising and tracking choices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You will not, and will not attempt to:

• modify, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the App, or use a cheat, automation tool, or modified client;
• manipulate the leaderboard, submit a score you did not earn in ordinary play, or interfere with another player’s standing;
• generate fraudulent advertising impressions or clicks, or interfere with the delivery of advertising;
• use the App in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of anyone else; or
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or access to it.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, artwork, and the Chroma Pour name and logo, is owned by Polari Group and protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.

Game Center

The leaderboard is provided by Apple’s Game Center and is optional. Your use of Game Center is governed by Apple’s own terms. We may remove a score, or restrict leaderboard access, where we believe in good faith that it was not earned through ordinary play.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any feature of it, at any time. Levels, difficulty, rewards, and in-game costs may change as the game is updated. The App is provided on an as-available basis, and we do not guarantee it will be free of interruption or error.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PROGRESS WILL BE PRESERVED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLARI GROUP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROGRESS, IN-GAME ITEMS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR TWENTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$20).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polari Group from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims court will be the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
