The fastest way to reach the Chroma Pour team. Tell us what happened and include the app version from the Settings screen. Chroma Pour has no account, so we cannot look you up — the more detail you send, the faster we can help.
Your progress
Your level, coins, experience, streak and unlocked themes are stored on your device and saved as you play. Chroma Pour has no account and no server, so deleting the app deletes your progress and we cannot recover it.
A level you cannot solve
Every level has a solution — that is guaranteed by how they are built. If you have played yourself into a corner, Undo steps back three moves, Restart deals the same board fresh, and an extra tube adds the empty space that usually unblocks it. A hint will always show a move that leads to a real solution.
Purchases and refunds
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase and coin packs are consumables, both processed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in Settings after reinstalling or switching devices — that brings back Remove Ads, which is tied to your Apple Account. Coins already spent are not restored, because they were consumed in the game. Refunds are handled by Apple: open reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you used to buy.
Accessibility options
Colour-blind glyphs are on by default and put a distinct shape on every colour. Settings also offers high contrast, larger text, reduced motion, and left-handed controls, which mirrors the action dock for your thumb.
Leaderboard and sign-in
The leaderboard is optional and provided by Apple’s Game Center. If you are not signed in, the screen says so and the rest of the game is unaffected. Sign in from Settings › Game Center on your device.
Advertising issues
Chroma Pour is free and supported by ads; the one-time Remove Ads purchase turns them off entirely. You may be asked for tracking permission through Apple’s prompt, and declining never limits the game. Where regional privacy law requires it, a consent form appears before any ad loads. You can change either choice later in iOS Settings.
