Call Out Terms of Use
Effective August 5, 2026
Call Out is a party game for people in the same room. Play it with people who want to be asked, and remember that the names and photos in a room come from the people in it, not from us.
These terms apply to your use of Call Out (the “App”), published by Polari Group LLC (“we”, “us”). Installing or using the App means you accept them.
They are written plainly on purpose. If something here does not make sense, email support@polarigroup.com before you rely on it.
What the App Is
Call Out is a party game for three to twelve people in the same room, played on their own phones over a local network. It asks questions about the people playing and shows which answer the room chose.
What the App Is Not
It is entertainment. Nothing in it is advice, assessment or a judgement about anybody. A result says what a group of people tapped on a particular evening and nothing more than that, and it should not be treated as a finding about a person’s character, honesty or worth.
The Room Is Yours
The game points questions at real people who are present. Play it with people who want to be asked, stop when somebody stops enjoying it, and do not use it to corner anyone. The host can remove a player and anyone can hide a question — those controls are there to be used.
Names and Photos
Names and photos are supplied by the people in a room. They are not reviewed or moderated by us and we never see them — they pass directly between the phones in the party. You are responsible for what you put on your own device and send to the room, and you must not send anything you do not have the right to send, anything of another person without their agreement, or anything unlawful.
The host of a room is responsible for who is in it. Hosts can remove any player at any time.
Adult Content
One pack is intended for adults and is hidden unless it is switched on. Confirming the age gate is a statement that everybody in the room is 17 or over. Do not open it otherwise.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to interfere with other people’s devices through the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it to harass anyone. Do not use it where local law prohibits it.
Purchases
Remove Ads Forever is a one-time purchase processed by Apple and applies to your Apple Account. It removes advertising and unlocks every pack. It is not a subscription and there is nothing recurring to cancel.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms; we cannot issue them. Restore Purchase is available in the App if a purchase does not appear on a new device.
Rewarded Video
Some optional extras can be opened by watching a video. Watching is always optional, the App says what the video buys before it plays, and the reward is granted only when the video finishes. Nothing that affects a result or a score is ever behind one.
Advertising
The App is supported by advertising unless you have bought Remove Ads Forever. Advertising is supplied by third parties and we do not control which specific ads are shown.
Availability
The App is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that a room will always connect, or that it will be free of faults. Local network conditions are outside our control.
Content in the App
The questions, artwork, code and design are ours or licensed to us. You may use them within the App and not otherwise.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms may change. The effective date above moves when they do, and the current version is always the one published here.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
