Purchases and refunds
Purchases in FameLife — FameLife+ and diamond packs — are processed by Apple. Restore purchases from the in-app store screen. Refunds are handled by Apple: open reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you used to buy.
Game saves
Your career save and Hall of Fame live on your device and save automatically. FameLife has no accounts, so deleting the app deletes your save — there is no way for us to recover it. Your purchases, however, are tied to your Apple Account and can always be restored.
Advertising issues
To report an offensive, misleading, or broken ad, use Report an Ad in the in-app Privacy & Support screen — it captures the details we need. You can also manage your ad privacy choices from that same screen at any time.
